Love is a universal language that speaks to the heart and soul of every individual. It is an emotion that can be expressed in countless ways, from the simplest gestures of kindness to the grandest acts of devotion. Whether it's a candid moment between two people, a furry friend showing affection, or a beautiful landscape that evokes feelings of love, there are many ways to capture it.
Murph my Golden Retriever featured as my primary submission. I grew up with cats in my family and never was a dog person. We've had him since June 2021 and he's certainly won me over for the better as now I am a full fledged Dog Dad. This particular shot I took on film, which I am pretty proud of since I nailed the manual focus on his eye. I can certainly feel my skills improving in various ways during this challenge.
